Refillable Products
The Philippines is known to be a "sachet" country where almost every product can be found in the form of sachet packaging and everybody uses it since not all of the people in our country can afford a 500mL bottle of their favorite shampoo. Most families only buy the things that they need and what they can afford at the time.
Single-use packaging is now the norm in retail. Everything from water bottles and beverages to personal care, beauty and cleaning products are all packaged in containers and bottles designed to be used once and then thrown away. We all know that recycling can be a difficult task for consumers but what if we took the water refill station idea and applied it to other liquid products?
Here at EcoGeek, all of our products are packed in sustainable packaging and are refillable! We don't have a permanent store yet but we do pop-up in local bazaars.
